This was ridiculous. Gooey Caramel Cinnamon Rolls this morning in the GSI Outdoors Dutch Oven. The morning air is just starting to turn a little crisp, which of course BEGS for something of this caliber paired with a hot cup of coffee to tease us awake for the day.
- 2 tins of cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c of graham cracker crumbs
- caramel topping
Line your Dutch Oven with aluminum foil and put your rolls in, then combine the other ingredients and sprinkle all over the top. Bake for about 25 min with 7 coals under and 14 on top, then pop the lid and drizzle the cinnamon roll icing + caramel topping over the tops.
It’ll wake up everyone in camp, so be prepared to share.
