Got one of these for my son's birthday. It is THE perfect solo cup/pot for 2 cups of water. It's a must have for every backpacker. Two thumbs up. It would be nice to have a little lid for it to boil water faster but we can find something at a thrift store or just use al+ foil. Simple, effecient, and well made...

Great for the Minimalist who's work much of the time has them living out of a backpack in the Outdoors, Traveling, Overseas, or all of the above.

I can't say there is anything about it I would change. For the price, the quality is great. And I definitely would not say the quality is lacking in any way whatsoever.

A lid would be really cool and useful.

Also, it would be really cool if GSI sold a variant of this that was exactly the same minus the handles. First, to further streamline it. And Second, if you're cooking on a fire it is a little hard to clean around the handles and attachments. But really, its not that hard to clean. And the handles are useful if you're not packing a pot grabber or a leatherman.

It's probably something a few people close to me will be getting for Christmas. So yes, I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Cheers, I love the cup/pot, but please offer a lid.
